As a member, you have a few different options if you can't receive your regularly scheduled delivery. The specific options available to you may vary according to your farm's policies. Let's review the options and explain how they each work!
Skip your delivery If you do not wish to receive a delivery on a given week, you can "Skip" it. A cart won't be built for you that week, and no payment will be charged to your credit card. Change of plans? Simply click "Don't Skip" to re-activate that week on your schedule. If you choose to skip a delivery during the shopping window for the week, your cart contents will be lost. You can undo the skip during the shopping window, in which case a new cart will be built for you, and you will have the remainder of the shopping window to edit it to your liking.
Reschedule your share If you can’t pick up your delivery as planned, you can choose to reschedule it for a future date. When you reschedule your delivery, you'll be prompted to choose another available date at your chosen delivery location. Please keep in mind that if you have weekly deliveries, this means you are opting to get double the quantity that week. Your payment will be moved accordingly. Rescheduling is available to members within the same season. If you need to reschedule your delivery into a different season, please contact support@harvie.farm to see if this option is available at your farm.
Change your delivery location If you need to change your delivery location, you can make this change within the same week as the original delivery, or move it to another available week. Your payment will be moved accordingly. See below for specifics.
Hold your share Placing a hold on your delivery will result in forfeiting (cancelling) your delivery for the week, and no additional payment will be charged to your card for the held delivery. Holding your delivery does NOT automatically reschedule it!
How to manage your deliveries scheduled within the next 7 days
- Log into your Harvie account at www.harvie.farm/login
- Your next delivery will appear in the "Your Upcoming Week" area of your Dashboard. Choose the action you'd like to take. The options available to you will vary slightly depending on whether the farmer has already begun preparing your next delivery. If they have, you can:
- Customize: View what we put in your cart, and shop your farm's available products to build your perfect grocery haul.
- Reschedule: This will prompt you to choose a new date to receive this delivery, or place it on hold. This will empty your cart and remove you from the farm's delivery schedule. If you later decide you want to revert your schedule, you will need to contact support@harvie.farm Please note that this option is not available if your farm is using Skip mode. See item 3 for more information.
- Skip or Hold: This will empty your cart and remove you from this week's delivery schedule. If you later change your mind, you can click "Don't Skip" or "Stop Hold" before the end of the shopping window to start over with a new cart.
- Change Location: If your farm offers multiple delivery locations or days, you can select a different one for this week's delivery here.
Emptying your cart as a result of Rescheduling or Skipping a delivery cannot be undone. To make sure this doesn't happen by mistake, there is an extra step in this situation. When you click the "Skip" or "Reschedule" button, you'll be taken to a page like this one, showing the options available to you depending on your farm's settings.
Select the option that works best for you, and click the "Confirm Change" button to submit your choice. You will be taken to the Deliveries page to review your upcoming schedule. A success message will appear at the top of the page, and depending on your selection, your delivery will display as "Skipped" or "On Hold", or the date will be updated.
If the farmer has not yet begun preparing your delivery, you can:

- Reschedule your next share to a different week. You will be redirected to a page where you can select a new date for your share.
- Skip the share or place it on Hold. You will be taken directly to the Deliveries page. A success message will appear at the top of the page, and your share will display as "Skipped" or "On Hold."
- Change Location. You will be redirected to a page where you can select a new location to receive your share.
- Don't Skip/Stop Hold. If your delivery for the week is currently skipped, and you would like to receive it, this option will add you to the farm's schedule.
How to reschedule a delivery, change location, or hold/cancel your future shares:
If you need to make changes to future shares, here are the steps to do that:
- Log into your Harvie account at www.harvie.farm/login
- Go to the “Deliveries” tab
- Choose the delivery you want to make changes to and click from one of the button options below. You can
- Change Date (Reschedule)
- Change Location
- Skip/Don't Skip or Hold/Stop Hold
If you change your mind within the allowed time period, just log back in and click "Don't Skip" or "Stop Hold."
How to reschedule past held shares:
To reschedule a past held share
- Login to your account at www.harvie.farm/login
- Go to the “Deliveries” tab
- If you have past held shares, those shares will show up on the top of the page with the option to “Remove On Hold”. You will be prompted to choose a new date. The system will default to the next available date. Please note that this option is not available if your farm is using Skip mode.
NOTE: Past held shares will not appear if they are more than 3 months back nor will not appear if there are no valid upcoming delivery dates for them. ie. out of season. Contact support@harvie.farm if you have questions.
