As a member you have a few different options if you can't receive your regular scheduled share. Let's review the options and explain how they each work!
Reschedule your share If you can’t pick up your share you can chose to reschedule your share for a future date. When you reschedule your share, you'll be prompted to pick the next available date at your chosen delivery location. Please keep in mind that if you have a weekly share this means you are opting to get additional shares that week which results in more than one share for that delivery. Your payment will be moved accordingly. Rescheduling is available to members within the same season. If you need to reschedule your share into a different season, please contact support@harvie.farm to see if this option is available at your farm.
Change your delivery option If you need to change your delivery option you can make this change within the same week as the original delivery or can move it to another available week. Your payment will be moved accordingly. See below for specifics.
Cancel/Hold your share Cancelling your share, or Placing a hold on your delivery will result in forfeiting (cancelling) that share for the week and no additional payment will be charged to your card for that held share. Holding your share does NOT automatically reschedule it! You are limited to three holds per calendar year.
How to hold your share
- Log into your Harvie account at www.harvie.farm/login
- Your next delivery will appear on your Profile area: Choose the action you'd like to take:
- Swap Share Contents
- Purchase Extras
- Cancel (Or, "hold". This will prompt you to reschedule)
How to change delivery locations:
Email support@harvie.farm if you want to change your delivery location during the customization period.
All other location changes can be made by going to "Deliveries" and clicking "Change Location".
Note: if your farm has multiple days of the week at the same location (for example, Wednesdays and Saturdays at the farm), you'll need to use the "Change Location" option to move a delivery to the different day of the week. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________
How to reschedule a delivery, change location, or hold/cancel your future shares:
If you need to make changes to future shares, here are the steps to do that:
- Log into your Harvie account at www.harvie.farm/login
- Click Deliveries
- Choose the delivery you want to make changes to and click from one of the button options below. You can
- Change Date (Reschedule)
- Change Location
- Hold/Stop Hold
If you change your mind within the allowed time period, just log back in and click Stop Hold.
How to reschedule past held shares:
To reschedule a past held share
- Login to your account at www.harvie.farm/login
- Go to the “Deliveries” tab
- If you have past held shares, those shares will show up on the top of the page with the option to “Remove On Hold”. You will be prompted to choose a new date. The system will default to the next available date.
NOTE: Past held shares will not appear if they are more than 3 months back nor will not appear if there are no valid upcoming delivery dates for them. ie. out of season. Contact support@harvie.farm if you have questions.
