Harvie payments are batched daily and transferred to your payment account on file. Typically US farms will receive payments on a 2 day rolling basis and Canadian farms will receive funds on a 7-day rolling basis.
Be aware that Stripe (our credit card processor) does not batch your transactions on a strict midnight-to-midnight daily schedule based on your local time. Stripe batches payments with a cutoff time of 7pm Eastern time, so any transactions made after that will be included in the next day's batch of payments.
Credit card processing and Harvie fees are automatically deducted from any incoming payments before they are batched and paid out to your payment account. In the event that a member is issued a refund, the amount of the refund (minus the credit card processing and Harvie fees) will be withdrawn from your payment account or deducted from a pending payout if payments and refunds end up batched together.
If you are not receiving payments in a timely fashion, please alert us so that we can correct the issue in our payment system.
