How to skip or put a member's future share on hold, or reschedule the delivery date
Note: this is only for shares not in a current delivery and can be done anytime
1. From the members account, click the "share delivery" tab on top
2. Under location, select the share delivery you want to reschedule or check the box to "skip" or "hold" a share for the week. Keep in mind this will cancel it for that week. If you are using "hold", the member can reschedule at a later date. "Skip" does not offer this option.
3. Click Save
How to skip, put a member's share on hold, or reschedule the delivery date during an active delivery
Note: Once a farm has launched a delivery, they can take these actions until the delivery has been finalized.
1. From the members account, click the "shares" tab on top and click "cancel"
2. Next, check whether you want to hold or reschedule the share, select the boxes affected, and click "cancel share". This will pull a member out of the delivery in customization.
If you are using "skip", you will not see the option to reschedule.
How to add a member to a delivery in customization by rescheduling the share delivery date
1. From the members account, click the "share delivery" tab on top
2. Under location, select the share delivery you want and reschedule it into the current delivery.
3. Click Save
4. Next, go to your Delivery and click "Preview Shares". You'll see a yellow banner on top. Click the "add to delivery" box in green. *You will want to add the main share in before the add-ons. Your member has now been added to your current delivery and will receive the customization email. Note: You may do this up until finalization.
