The refer a friend program is automatically built into the Harvie system and is all automatic so as a farmer, you don't need to do anything other than let members know it's here and if needed, direct them to the help doc for members here

There is a default of $25 member credit with a minimum of a $250 order. Both of these fields are available to edit by the farm. If you need to make changes to this, use the support widget to contact your account manager.
Here is how it works:

There is a “Refer a Friend” link on all member profile pages along with instructions on how they can share and receive credits.

Members have their own unique referral URL they can share via email, social media, or anywhere they want to share the link.

When a referee signs up with the referrers URL, both will receive a $25 credit on their Harvie Balance

Referee must be a new member

Referee must make a share purchase of $250 or more to qualify.

If the referee and the referrer do not belong to the same farm, only the referee will receive the $25 credit.

The referrer will receive a confirmation email

All farms are cc’d on the above email when a completed referral happens
- The $25 member credit comes from the farm
