In order to eliminate confusion with the Harvie transition, we find it's very helpful for farms to have a page on their website that explains the relationship between Harvie and themselves. This is not a way for Harvie to take front and center, but just a simple measure you can take to give your members a heads up that their sign ups and member management will be done through the Harvie platform.
We find when farms have this information up front and available, there is a lot less confusion from members and potential members.
How to build a Harvie page on your website:
1. Add "Harvie" language to your website. This can be a separate page or an already existing "About Our CSA" page. Robinette Farms has a really great example here:

To add the Harvie sign up link to your site:
1. Once your sign up is live you'll have your own link that looks like Harvie.farm/signup/farm-name
2. Take that link and link that to any button or call to action link you have on your website that directs visitors to sign up.
Website Review
Once you've added Harvie information to your website, it's a good time to review your website for any changes.
Take this Website Review Document and run yourself through the questions and prompts and make changes accordingly.
