There are numerous ways in which Harvie assist you with communications with your members and potential members. Below you'll see the different communications and scenarios. There are also examples of what those communications look like.
Abandoned Cart Email Series
If a member starts an order but abandoned it prior to paying, Harvie will send them a 3 email series with the following information:
- Reminds them they have an outstanding order they did not complete
- Offers assistance by replying back to support
- A lot of the time Harvie support can answer a question for them and assist with finishing the sign up page.
- If a member signs up within this series they will be removed so they do not receive additional emails.
Order confirmation email
Once a member completes and order they will receive an order confirmation. This can be customized by adding a farm happening that is strictly for the order confirmation.
Members whose accounts have the "do not contact" setting checked will still receive these emails, because they are considered to be transactional, and essential to the service the member signed up for.

Member Onboarding
Once a member signs up they will receive a member on boarding email series to train them on how to use their account. It’s good practice to give your members a heads up about these emails, mention the importance of them in the confirmation email farm happening! (see above)

Harvie will send the New Member series for new members and the Existing Members series for repeat members. They are similar, but the wording is just a little different.
Delivery Emails
Delivery emails are generated by the farm when the farm sets their estimate and finalizes delivery—> Include a farm happening for every delivery to customize this! For every delivery created, members will receive the following three emails. Members whose accounts have the "do not contact" setting checked will still receive these emails, because they are considered to be transactional, and essential to the service the member signed up for.
This email is generated when the farm sets the delivery estimate. This opens the customization period.
It’s not too late! - 2 hours left to customize your share
This email is generated when the farm finalized the delivery for the week.
