If it turns out after launching your delivery that you have different products, or different amounts of your products, available than anticipated, and the cut off time has not yet passed, there are tools to edit that directly from the farm admin page.
Here is how it works:
From the Delivery Builder screen, there is now an icon to adjust the estimated amount of each product in the delivery. There is also a button to add a new item to the delivery.
Here is what they look like in farm admin:
To adjust the estimated amount of a product:
1. Go to the delivery and click "Edit My Delivery"
2. Click the "edit" icon for the product you want to change
3. The numeric field will become editable and the icon will change to a checkbox. Enter your new estimated amount and click the checkbox to save.
If you enter zero, or a number less than the share amount, you will see one of these warning messages. Click "Ok" to continue saving your new estimate, but be sure to address any resulting shortages.
That's it! You can repeat this process as needed until the cut off time for your delivery is reached.
Notes
- The delivery has to be in "final estimate" status... In any prior status, products could be modified using the delivery builder and once it's finalized, members have already been charged
- The tool allows you to both increase and decrease your estimated amount (if decreasing, it may make more sense to use the Shortage Tool)
- If your new estimated amount is less than the current amount of that product in shares, the tool will warn you, but will still allow you to save the change
- Setting the estimated amount equal to or less than the share amount will prevent members from swapping the item into their share
- This tool will not make changes to the contents of members' boxes. If you have less of a product than has already been put into shares, you will still need to follow your usual shortage process.
To add another product to your delivery:
1. Go to the delivery and click "Edit My Delivery"
2. Click the "Add Farm Product" button at the bottom of the "Estimated Harvest" section of the page, just above "Extras"
3. A modal will appear where you can enter the details of the product. Fill in each field and click "Save" to add the product, making it available to members via the Swap and Extras features on the Customization page.
That's it! You can repeat this process as needed until the cut off time for your delivery is reached.
Notes

- You cannot add a product that has the same base product and override name as one already in your delivery. If you need to increase the available amount of a product already in your delivery, see the section titled "To adjust the estimated amount of a product"
- You can add a product that has the same base product, but a different override name, such as "Red Beets" and "Golden Beets"
